Motorola RAZR and Sony Xperia P are two high end Android smartphones with a price tag of over 400 U.S. dollars. Which is superior?

Motorola RAZR and Sony Xperia P both present use Android OS 2.3 Gingerbread. Both are powered by dual core processors Cortex-A9 with a different clock.

Motorola RAZR powered by a 1.2GHz dual core processor, PowerVR SGX540 GPU and 1GB of RAM, while the Sony Xperia P is powered by a 1GHz dual core processor, Mali-400MP GPU and 1GB RAM. Both also have an internal memory capacity of 16GB, plus Motorola RAZR comes with a microSD slot up to 32GB, while the Sony Xperia P is equipped with a microSD slot.

Motorola RAZR and Sony Xperia P are both equipped with a powerful 8-megapixel camera, which both have the ability to record 1080p HD video. Both are equipped with front camera, the Motorola RAZR comes with a 1.3 megapixel front camera, while Sony Xperia P is equipped with a VGA camera.

The difference is not so great about 300 thousands, you can get a better device. So the Motorola RAZR is more recommended.
