Samsung VS Apple Again?

Samsung asks court Apple patent lawsuit in California court, claiming repeated opinion may be biased jury.

South Korean companies, such as the BBC called, expecting a judge's decision is unfair when Apple actually want to raise the value of patent infringement damages amounting to 700 million U.S. dollars.

Samsung wants new trial in consideration of the time, witnesses, and restrictions performing products when the hearing by Judge Lucy Koh unfair.

Samsung lawyer told jurors Velvin Hogan gives a complete non-response and mention has been involved in a lawsuit, but not the two other lawsuits.

Hogan recorded once sued by his former employer, the hard disk maker Seagate, for breach of contract and filed a personal bankruptcy.

However, Hogan did not mention having worked at Seagate in court and pleaded not once asked about her involvement in the sessions of the lawsuit.

Apple declined to comment on the trial related to the submission by Samsung.

Apple and Samsung claims will be considered in a hearing held December 6.

As reported earlier, the jury in a U.S. court decides Samsung has violated certain patents owned by Apple. This ruling, Samsung must pay Apple amounted to 1.051 billion U.S. dollars.
