ViewSonic prepares Tablet with Dual Core Atom Processor Using OS Windows XP

Minimum OS Windows XP is low. And, from the latest data, the number of users of the OS that this was already lost with OS Windows 7 users. However, this does not stop ViewSonic steps to produce a tablet with Windows XP.

The news was first originated from an auction site eBay. There, presented a tablet with a 9.7 inch screen that has a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels and is compatible with Windows XP or Windows 7. The screen is made from the IPS panel is multitouch screen that comes with a 1.3MP webcam.

The tablet is said to be having an official name as the viewPad 97i Pro. On the inside, this tablet comes with an Intel Atom N2600 dual core 1.6GHz with a TDP of 3.5 watts. This processor comes with Hyper Threading technology which allows it to process four threads at a time.

To support the performance of the processor, this tablet has 2GB of RAM. As for the storage issues, the ViewPad 97i Pro comes with a 32GB SSD. There is also a micro SD card slot, mini HDMI port, USB 2.0 port and wireless. For battery, Li-Ion batteries are with 4900 mAh capacity.
