Since March 14, 2013, Galaxy S III no longer hold the title of flagship Android smartphone Samsung. The title is currently carried Galaxy S4.
In terms of design, there is no noticeable difference between the two products. Galaxy S4 appear larger, wider screen than the Galaxy S III. Galaxy S 4 is enriched with new features. Samsung said, some of the new features of the Galaxy S4 will be taken to the Galaxy S III.
The most fundamental difference between of them is in the specification of hardware components. Galaxy S4 uses an eight-core (octa-core) and current components. To find the difference between both of them specifications, see the table below:
