Hot, This is the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active. Sony Xperia Z Killer candidate ?

Samsung Galaxy S4 has achieved a great success, everyone knows it. The latest smartphone from Samsung has scored the fastest selling record by 10 million units in less than a month, bigger than the Galaxy S3 which sold 10 million units in 50 days. In comparison, the Sony successful product Xperia Z  only able to sell 4 million units within 40 days of its release.

After the first Galaxy S4 Active through video, now the first photos of the Active Galaxy S4 has been circulated. Secretly, Galaxy S4 Active  GT-I9295 has been exhibited in Croatia.

Samsung Galaxy S4 Active has similar specifications to the Galaxy S4. The screen has 5 inch size FHD 1080p resolution with Super AMOLED panel. The processor used is a quad-core Snapdragon 600 with clock reach 1.9 GHz and GPU Adreno 320. Although not mentioned, but it seems fairly safe to conclude that the Galaxy S4 Active camera has the same sensor as the Galaxy S4. Update: Reported by SammyHub, Galaxy S4 Active camera has 8 megapixels resolution.

Interestingly, the Galaxy S4 Active has a design that we think is more attractive than the Galaxy S4. Under Screen, there are 3 physical buttons that remind on Galaxy Xcover. Photos from the back side shows a light orange color, with the body thinness that almost same with the Samsung Galaxy S4, which is a good thing considering waterproof smartphone will usually tend to be thicker.

With the presence of Galaxy S4 Active  GT-I9295, the question that arises now is whether this smartphone will be a killer  Sony Xperia Z?
