Microsoft has trained its employees to be able to explain the differences in RT and the Windows operating system Windows 8 to consumers.
"We're trying to make sure our store teams provide explanations to consumers about tablet or computer Surface Windows 8," said Microsoft told CNET.
Meanwhile, an analyst at International Data Corporation (IDC) Bob O'Donnell said there should be an explanation of the differences Surface tablet Windows RT ARM processor and Windows 8 tablets that brought Intel x86 processor.
